The Liverpool star was underwhelming, watching sadly as Chelsea reach the FA Cup quarter-finals after a 2-0 defeat. However, Takumi Minamino’s performance was really impressive. He even received praise from manager Jurgen Klopp after the game.

Minamino Takumi performed well against the Blues.
And Reds fans have reason to have high hopes for the 25-year-old Japanese striker:

positive. Minamino looks very elegant. He can replace Firmino in the future. He looks great.

The way Gilmour dominated that game was impressive. Takumi Minamino appears to be the only offensive player eager to play. He has quality and needs more chances in the Premier League.

Personally, I think Minamino was the best Liverpool player against Chelsea, even though he didn’t play in the second half. Minamino’s passing is fairly accurate, but one problem is that he needs to be more selfish with the ball, shooting or dribbling rather than passing it right away.

Takumi Minamino was Liveprool’s best player last night and he’s ready for a tough Premier League challenge. Let him start the game against Bournemouth.

Takumi Minamino’s activity intensity is very good. He is a positive thing today.
